This week we have first and second year Confirmation preparation, then the Bible Study on "Genesis to Jesus," Divine Mercy Devotions, CCD, RCIA in English and Spanish, Youth Groups, Women's Guild general meeting, Bible Study on The Book of Acts, Confession, St. Vincent de Paul distribution, Spanish Faith Formation, and Catholic's Divorce Survival Guide group.

The next Confirmation preparation is Sunday, March 9 at 8:30 a.m.
LENTEN SERIES with Fr. Robert Barron on the Seven Deadly Sins/ Seven Lively Virtues facilitated by Dr. Pat Schwerdtfeger will be offered three Wednesday evenings, March 19, April 2 and 9 at 7 p.m. in the parish hall. This series will also be offered on 4 consecutive Saturday mornings starting March 15 and ending April 5 in the Youth Room.
It is time to apply for the Knights of Columbus Scholarships. Graduating High School seniors should apply to all programs for which they qualify, including the CA State KC Scholarship and St. Stephen KC Scholarship. Seventh-day Adventist Church, preaching the commandments of God and the faith of Jesus. Sabbath (Saturday) services will begin with Bible study classes at 9:30 a.m. for all ages. The adult lesson is entitled, "Discipling the Powerful,'" continuing our quarter's studies on "Discipleship." Lessons are available by looking up "ssnet.org" online. The sermon will be presented by Pastor John Anderson entitled, "Lessons From James." Sermons are posted on our website which can be located at sdavalleycenter.net. A fellowship meal will be served after the church service. Sunday there will be singing at 10 a.m. at the Villas Convalescent Center in Escondido. Wednesday is prayer meeting at 7 p.m. with supper at 6 p.m. We are studying the book The Desire of Ages on the life of Christ. All are invited.
