Armed and dangerous fugitive at-large
Raymond Daniel Allison
January 15, 2014Raymond Daniel Allison, a 19-year-old Hispanic male, is currently wanted in connection with an Oct. 26, 2013 stabbing that occurred in Valley Center. According to Sgt. Pat Shannon at the Valley Center Sheriff's Substation, Allison should be considered armed and dangerous.
Allison, Desiree Wright, and Eligio Santiago are all suspected of luring a man to the La Jolla Reservation on Oct. 26 before severely stabbing him. The victim survived, but required immediate surgery for his wounds. Wright and Santiago were arrested a few weeks ago, but Allison remains a fugitive.
"He is the final suspect in the case," said Shannon. "Raymond (Allison) was identified by physical evidence at the scene and by witnesses."
According to Shannon, Allison is only being brought to the public's attention now for fear that an earlier announcement would compromise the investigation.
San Diego County Crime Stoppers is working with the San Diego Regional Fugitive Task Force to locate and apprehend Allison. He is wanted on a felony arrest warrant for attempted murder, as well as a no bail felony arrest warrant for assault with a deadly weapon.
Allison is a known gang member who goes by the name "Raskal" or "Raskol," and is known to frequent the Washington Street area of Escondido. He is about 5'8" tall, weighs 150 lbs, and has black hair and brown eyes.
Crime Stoppers is offering up to a $1,000 reward to anyone who can provide information that leads to an arrest in this case.
