Prizes were awarded for the biggest catfish caught in the various categories. It was a free fishing day in the state of California. Licenses were not required, but lake fishing permits were.

If you are looking for something to do with the family that doesn't break the budget or just a chance to listen to some tall tales "of the one that got away," this is the place. It's better than a day of "Honey Do Lists," pulling weeds, and better than any day at work. Make it a point to come out next year to join the fun and, who knows, maybe you'll be one of the lucky winners.
