Planning group to discuss Hatfield Plaza, Lilac Hills Ranch July 8

The Valley Center Planning Group will have a lot on its plate at the July 8 meeting, which begins at 7 p.m. at VC Community Hall.
The agenda will include:
• Discussion and recommendation vote on Hatfield Plaza project at Valley Center & Woods Valley roads.
• Update on the eastern North Village development project, which currently includes the supermarket and commercial shops along with detached homes.
• Discussion and recommendation vote on the currently available technical studies of the Lilac Hills Ranch project plus update on the environmental impact report (EIR) status.
• Discussion and possible recommendation vote of draft EIR for 40 acre San Pasqual Tribal land at northwest corner of Lake Wohlford & Woods Valley roads.
The public is invited to attend.
