The second annual Valley Center Food Truck Festival will be held Saturday, Aug. 24, 3-9 p.m. at Bates Nut Farm. Admission is free. VIP tasting is from 1-2:30 p.m. and general admission 3-8 p.m. One of the food trucks at the event will be the Devilicious Food Truck, voted one of the top 101 food trucks in the U.S. and featured on season two of the Great Food Truck Race. Delicious specializes in sandwiches and fries but takes ordinary food and twists it it up to new heights of flavor and ingenuity.

The festival will also feature the Valley Center Beer and Wine Showcase. Breweries featured will include Manzanita Brewery Co., IronFist Brewing Company, Aztec Brewing Company Hess Brewing, California Fruit Wine. Live Music will be performed by LoCALI Grown, San Diego's Reggae Soul Band.
