People can lose themselves within a good film.

Good movies are hard to find. They need to tell a message, have a story, and make you feel something. So, Jags, when was the last time you saw a good film?

Valley Center High School and VCTV are known for producing good quality productions. VCTime puts out a show once a week, and in the past they’ve had some killer feature films. So this is your chance, Jags, to help with a good movie.

For the first time in five years, VCTV will be working on a feature film.

Students can meet in Mr. Goodman’s room after school on Monday and Wednesday during ASE to help out with the production.

We are in need of all kinds of help so if editing, filming, or acting is your thing, this is the place to be.

Not only will this feature film be the best yet but also it will be a good film. It will make you feel something and make a change. So come be a part of a creating a difference, Jags.

A few fun and exciting things are also ahead. At Friday’s rally we got a preview of Air Bands so start grouping up and rehearsing if you are interested in participating in the show. Along with Air Bands, we have Jag Idol. Auditions will be occurring within the coming weeks so start preparing pieces!

Dance will also be having their Works in Progress performances on Jan. 23 through Jan. 25 at 6:30 p.m. in the Maxine. Come out and support those lovely dancers.

That’s all for this week, Jags. Until next time!
