Brick N Barn presents Vintage Luck this weekend


Brick n’ Barn this weekend will present its St. Patrick’s Day show: find your own little pot of vintage gold, plus plenty of food, crafts, workshops, and 4-legged furry leprechauns to greet you at the rainbow. 

Some shows crafters will include: 

– Hempie Girl’s bath bombs, bubble bars, lip-gloss, hair serum, and all her usual holistic body products ranging from lotions and oils to soaps and ointments.

– Bread n Butter will have you pinching yourself in disbelief with her bars, cookies, pies, and all things chocolate and lemon. 

– Bonum Handcraft’s nature-inspired jewelry is better than a pot of gold. This month, she’s unveiling affirmation bracelets with crystals and gemstones chiseled with positive and inspiring messages.

– Silk Roads Studio offers specialty candles, designer pillows, table linens, room fresheners, and their new puppy line . . .Brick n Bark! 

– Knotty Horse is a guest crafter offering a vegan line of natural equine grooming products made from apricot oil and vitamins for healthy hair growth. Best part is that they’ll work on your luscious locks too! 

– Quail Rock Farm Birdhouses gets a jump on spring with adorable, handmade birdhouses. 

Juicy Brucey’s Smokin’ Hot Meat will serve mouthwatering pulled pork and tri-tip sandwiches. 

Beachin’ Boba offers hot and cold drinks including boba tea, smoothies, fruit slush, root beer floats, lemonade, hand-dipped ice cream, Frappuccino, Vietnamese coffee, oven-baked churros, soft pretzels, and more. 

There will be a wide selection of antiques in the barn. Some examples:

Craft Workshops

Ceramics Painting Workshop — Saturday, February 22 (10:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.)

Join Leslie from “Glazed & Confused” for a ceramics painting workshop. Make a custom trivet for your kitchen kettle, or to hang on the wall as a decorative display. Leslie will teach you how to paint in whimsical colors and patterns with safe, lead-free paint. Register by Wednesday and receive a free painted spoon rest ($12 value).

Kid’s Workshop: Leprechaun Wreath Making —Sunday, February 23 (10:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.) Join Michelle and Kristie from Silk Roads Studio for this fun and interactive workshop for kids. Drop off your little one for some alone time while shopping at Brick n Barn. Your kids will learn how to make a leprechaun wreath just in time for St Patrick’s Day. All ages welcome! 

Soap Making Workshop — Sunday, February 23 (1:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.)

Join Sarah Jones of Sarah’s Soaps for a cold-press soap making workshop. You’ll gain knowledge on herbs, essential oils, and how to make organic soap using natural ingredients. 

The Gardens At Brick N Barn 

Looking for a historic venue to host your special event? Our Event Director, Julie Martin will be at Brick n Barn on Friday, February 21 from 10-2 to introduce “The Gardens at Brick n Barn.” Find out how to have your celebration at the Betty Crocker Estate in 2020.
