Saturday morning, January 29, Touchstone Communities celebrated the Grand Opening of its 632-home Park Circle development with a ribbon cutting attended by the Valley Center Business Association (pictured above) and hundreds of local residents curious to see what amenities the new development has to offer.
There was a full day of activities centered around the 2.5 acre Harvest Park. Visitors were able to visit the Hangout, the private recreation center, sample produce from Stehly’s Farms, munch on kettle corn, and get up close and personal with adorable critters from SoCal MiniPigs.
There was a long line of visitors to get bags of goodies, crowds of people playing in the new park. Lots of young families coming up from all over the place to check out the home models.
“The Hangout was extremely attractive and they were good hosts,” said VCBA President Faith Much. “It’s a beautiful facility. It was very well attended and I welcome all the new residents to Valley Center.”
According to the developer, 280 homes have sold so far.
The Hot Pursuit Band performed for the Grand Opening too! Much fun! We were happy to be a part of this wonderful day!
